For publishers
A new customer segment is growing fast in AI marketplaces like Claude. These readers already ask about your titles there. All they get back is a thin summary, with nothing sold and no credit to you. Scholias puts the real book into that conversation, as an edition you sell.
We build the editions, and the payments and connectors are already running. The rights stay yours, and it opens a new revenue line on books you already own.
Where your readers already are
The arrangement
You hand over the manuscript and any workbook or exercises. We build the interactive edition, tune it to the author's voice and method, and hand it back for review. No engineering on your side.
Readers buy access per book, and the revenue is shared. There is no build fee and no platform fee, so a title that finds no readers costs the house nothing.
No reprint, no new edition, no marketing spend. A title whose costs you recovered years ago opens a second line of income in a channel that did not exist when you bought it.
The edition teaches the method. It does not reproduce or hand out the book. Any title comes down on request, and nothing is used to train anyone else's model.
Inside Claude, and other AI apps as they add support. Each reader adds one connector, once. No app for you to publish and no platform for you to maintain.
One or two titles, ideally a backlist book with a strong workbook. Enough to see real reader behavior before anyone commits a catalog to anything.
